As a co-host I take pride in the service you are providing your guests. I am very very flexible in my pricing because I am an owner and I do not want to steal from your investment. This is your property and you pay the fees on it. I provide excellent service however I appreciate a good working relationship with the owners I deal with and that is why I am affordable and very transparent.

Always a question for us, can we handle your books? Yes I was in an accounting office and have experience in both bookkeeping. I do not handle your taxes but I can handle your bills & expenditures & income & and more. I have my degree in Sales & Marketing and Front Office and can provide you everything either through Quick books, Sage or a simple google spreadsheet. Airbnb does track your yearly income however this includes the cleaning fee. This does not take out the taxes and these are things I can do for you. If you are looking for a bookkeeper that can be provided and we can discuss a rate.
